We have been visit the theater for over 7 years now. All of our children have enjoyed the performances and retell the stories from the plays as fond memories. The Lone Star Circus comes once a year and is a seasonal favorite for the whole family.

Excellent production and not traumatic for kids like some other posts have intimated. Do they let their kids watch Bambi? We love author Kate DeCamillo and that is our favorite book of all time. The production at DCT surpassed all expectations. It was so professional, and the part where the little girl dies was handled so tastefully. Getting to meet the cast afterwards was a real treat. We took our entire family including Grandparents and my youngest daughter's third grade teacher (she reads the book in class every year). Everyone was amazed! It is a wonderful story with a powerful message. David Owens
